Our members must provide personal information to us and to the public in order to accomplish the objective of meeting new people through our web site.

Your personally identifiable information such as your real name, address, phone number, email address and any other contact information is held confidentially by us and is never revealed to anyone who is not directly involved in our company and its administration. Your private personal information is not revealed to any other members and we do not share this information with any third party. There are no exceptions to this policy. Your contact information, generally your email address, will not viewable by other members when you email them, or they you, as long as it is done through our web site's email system. Once you choose to email someone directly outside of our system, then your direct email address, and whatever other information you provide, will be revealed to them and we cannot be held responsible for information that you voluntarily provide to others.

We will use your email address to send you potential matches of members that align with criteria that you have chosen and based on information in your profile. You can also choose not to receive such emails of potential matches in the section where you manage your profile. We may communicate with our members using their email address about your account or customer service issues. We may send news or request feedback to our members via their email addresses and provide them the opportunity to opt-out of receiving or being asked for such information.

Personal Financial Information

Our service is membership-based. Your credit card, address and banking information is only collected from those who choose to subscribe to our service or purchase products that we may offer. Your financial information is provided only to those companies who are involved in processing your transactions with us. Generally you will receive an email confirming that you have placed an order and another one confirming that your order has been filled. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of a term unless you choose not to have it renew by selecting the appropriate box where you manage your profile on our site. Public Personal Information and EnneaMates® Forum

Personal information that we consider public information is that which you choose to post in your profile or in the EnneaMates Forum that will be displayed on our site for other members to view. Any information that you do not wish to share with the public should not be included in your profile by written narrative, photos or by selecting boxes to describe certain general information about you and your life. You should use forethought and caution about what information you reveal in the EnneaMates Forum and via email with others you do not know well.
EnneaTest ™ Typing System, Demographic and General Information

In registering as members and subscribers to our service and posting profiles, you may provide information to us such as age, gender, race, Enneagram type as well as other demographic information. Information may also be gathered from our EnneaTest ™ Typing System members use to determine their Enneagram type. Personal answers given in the test are stored for 30 days only to enable members to review their results. To us, test answers are anonymous and we do not track users' answers individually. A member's type is stored in their profile when they take the test to facilitate matchmaking.

We may study and use this information to learn about the demographics of our membership and to improve our services. In addition, since the Enneagram is the subject of intensive study, we intend to conduct demographic research and opt-in surveys of our membership to contribute and further the wisdom and benefits of the Enneagram. This will never involve members' personal information but only explore general trends and characteristics of our membership as a group, such as gender and type. General demographic information obtained in this way may be shared with the greater Enneagram community in the future.

Browser Information

Users of our site do not submit some information that we receive when our site is used. Our web server may automatically recognize your email address, your server, your IP address and your browser-type information. We use this information to diagnose problems with our server and to generally administer our web site.
